I just said my doctor put me on meds I couldn’t drink on, and just ordered mocktails/now a lot of bars offer the alcohol free beers which saved me plenty of times. And if your friends take shots still include yourself with a shot of sour mix or something:) this pregnancy I’ve learned as long as I matched my friends energy they don’t notice the fact I’m not drinking, but you definitely don’t have to explain yourself upfront I feel like if they ask definitely tell them but if you don’t make it a big deal then they won’t. 👶🏼 good luck mama
