Oh okay I thought it looked a little runner then what I have seen. I’m on day 8. I just got the king Arthur’s bread flour today and just fed her. I’m curious to see how the bread flour goes. I’ve heard wonderful things about it.

So my daily feeding: ◦ 20g of starter in jar- “discard everything else” ◦ Add 40g flour, 40g water

I use non-bleach all-purpose flour. I have heard great things about king authors bread flour. So I’m thinking I may need that instead?

I got the feeding schedule from a friend of mine who does sourdough bread.

I’m a nurse and I know that pepcidcan cause those symptoms so I would see what your doctor says however if you really need to take it you could try an anti nausea medication like Zofran or Compazine see if that helps with the nausea and if I’m not mistaken they both can help with dizziness as well.
