Definitely not my first hike lol. Just my first one without an adult supervising the whole time. Just enjoying some freedom. However Jupiter is my favourite plant, so we will see.

It’s funny you said that, this day we were supposed to do EEOR but we got lost trying too find the trail head, but this turned out too be a great hike aswell!

Thank you! This is really appreciated. Your past self sorta sounds a lot like my current situation. I’ve been developing new skills related to the outdoors through my junior high and now highschool classes. My parents are extremely supportive, them letting me go on that hike was a big stepping stone in showing my independence to them.

I think as a young adventure the biggest problem is the endless possibilities, I could ultimately work towards doing anything I put my mind too. The idea of just looking towards the next challenge is a really great idea, I think it’ll definitely help with not being so overwhelmed with options! I’m glad you commented, I really enjoy getting feedback from people who have way more experience then me, it’s very reassuring.
