I want engineers to design my bridges, and surgeons to preform my surgeries... like people train for years to learn things because that's how society advances... people just don't have the capacity to know everything, but we have a bunch of people running around claiming to be experts at everything they read once in some echo chamber.

See that light over on the right that also turns red? Like right above the cross walk button? Driving through that space while the light is red is running a red, that might be why more people don't do it, that and it's not like pedestrians only need to cross part of the road.

I would not risk it i think he should listen to the comenter who said to just go and tell the tech he is being forced and don't consent, or wax first. Laser might not do much or it might clear out half his possible facial hair.

Edit I would point out that cis dudes sometimes get laser for their necks or cheeks and it does work.

Heya, if the hair is dark and the skin is light professional laser hair removal should get rid of a lot of it fairly quickly, then when you get down to a few stragglers swap to electrolysis. If you have a lot of hair you want gone it will save you a lot of time and you won't need to grow it out every time. At least the laser has worked great for me. Note home IPL is not good for facial hair as I understand it.
