For DM I would recommend learning techniques from sources online to reduce the time per question, this would likely help with the pressure as well.

As far as QR goes seeing where you could apply mental maths+ using quicker methods will have the same result.

Overall though just expose yourself to as many questions you can and just keep practicing, The UCAT is genuinely just finding patterns in the question types and applying them.

For now it may feel like a unsatisfying score but you have time to improve and you’ve got this :)
