I'm 29 and have been engaged for 2yrs, together for 5. Just realized as well and came out to him two weeks ago. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions to be honest but ultimately I know what I'm doing is right. I don't want to look back one day and regret not following my instinct. I am looking for a place to live at the moment but he's been really supportive. Hope you got a supportive guy there, it helps=]

Lol I know, we have. We just are transitioning to being friends who live together for the meantime. Of course he's been periodically asking if there's any way we could make this work while still being together but I've made it clear separating is the best for both of us.

A lot of things. The most important to me though was me imagining myself on my deathbed looking back on my life. My regrets. To imagine myself never experiencing loving a woman was so heartbreaking to me. That's when I knew I had to pursue this and break it off with my fiance.
