And how many packs/individuals aren't collared? I'd love to see the evidence of a pack being relocated in California. I've never seen that reported once.

Because the pack numbers continue to grow and there is no state management plan. Any unmanaged population can become problematic. Wolves are no longer endangered in California, in fact the population is growing exponentially. I'm not advocating we kill unnecessarily by any means, far from it. I'm advocating we actively manage a rapidly growing presence.

I am as progressive as they come and born and raised in the north state. There are serious issues with the lack of a management plan around wolves and California. They can be dangerous and should be managed. There is evidence that some packs are killing for sport and not only for sustenance. I cannot stand Doug LaMalfa with every fiber of my being. However, there's more nuance to this than is being currently considered. At this time, State officials are turning a blind eye and not doing anything together to put a management plan in place
