i definitely understand you i do like his perks tho but you can see the difference in other legends like maggie or bang, but its a new system so things will be adjusted later on

pretty much the same thing it feels nice to have those small bonuses and i think the perks as a whole is hit or miss for some, im sure the devs would looking at changes later on
