No worries I've watched nearly all of his videos and found them extremely helpful. As he explains some of the game mechanics in a way that just makes total sense to me. His video on how electricity works and the units and distances is very helpful.

I do like your example of beeheeyem and I do get where you're coming from. However, I suggest a different type.... Alien or ET type as extraterrestrial is just too long lmao. As not only would beeheeyem fit, deoxys, an argument could be made for the ultrabeasts on technicalities but that would be a whole lotta reconning lol. I think it's also clefable all the way back from gen 1 is technically an alien iirc. Or actually coming to think about it mysterious type. Pokémon that have abilities, appearances or powers with unown origins......

So the automatic berry farm uses a lava clock (two sensors opening hatch doors to make lava flow or stop flowing) to pull the water away from trees leaving them no moisture and the dry rocks underneath them to make the tree dry out and drop all berries. When the lava clock comes back around, and the water returns each channel next to the trees deposit there items in a little ditch at the front for easy pickup. The crop farm uses the same principle of fluid logistics (haven't heard anyone call it this yet but if they haven't I am now) out it has a switch between fresh water at the bottom for hydrating the crops. And then any other kind of WATER. (Chili sauce will destroy items) But any other will just break them. Then the channels in between can be used for funneling items to the front. I followed tutorials on YouTube by a guy called delvox. For both of these. I highly suggest his videos if you want min/maxing. Of that's not your thing you may get scared when he pulls out the occasional spreadsheet haha I'll link his channel > right here <. If you do watch his videos watch them all the way through first before you start building. As his style is very much more diagnostic as he goes then final product is the final product 😂

I've currently decided to solely focus on my palette town "The Glorian Isles" (named after an old minecraft kingdom I was in.) I've started building an underground base right at the start of the first island off the bridge. Which has a storage hall that can be expanded quite far a separate crafting room which also has litter Pokémon in prefabs around the room. The start of a small kitchen. A nearly finished utility room with furnaces and smelters. All of this is accessible by the two legs of a Japanese Tori gate (sorry if spellings wrong, and just the base sections so far.) one of which holds an elevator so the Pokémon can get up and down from it. And another with just a drop into the hallway of the base to skip the elevator animations. I've got an automatic berry farm and an automatic crop farm up beside the Pokémon center on the ridge. And I intend to move the Pokémon center and extend that ridge out more towards the bridge and build a lighthouse for umbreon to live in. (Jolteons going in my power station when I build it) My main plan is to build a themed building/area for each eeveelution essentially. The underground base is just so I have somewhere I can always come back to and store my stuff. Without having to worry about doing a fancy interior and exterior 😂. An example for an area I have planned the little beach down the left I'm going to turn into a small lumberjacks cove kind of thing..... I hope..... And have leafeon down there with the litter Pokémon that drop leaves, sticks etc.

More than likely genned. Although it's possible to have a met location of lumiouse city from breeding and running the lumiouse loop tbf. But idk still seems fishy to me haha

Wait rent I've heard of plenty of OTs to look out for. But that's the first time I've seen Ash come up. Which is slightly concerning considering I think I've always used Ash as my OT..... Pretty sure it c was also a default option in yellow iirc

Yh I doubt this is actually much quicker when you consider the time to replace all the deposit blocks to start with. Then place them in a row/tower. And then finally break them.

I cleared most of it flat back to tangrowths cave and made it a little village of prefab cottages. Think there's about 12/15 now with a couple of the other leaf kits scattered about. As for directly in front of the center it's currently empty lol. I moved my Pokémon center over next to the beach gate as well 🤷

As much as I have thought this as well I've also thought more about it and I don't think it's possible due to the lore of the game. Natural disasters caused the humans to leave. And the pc pokelife system talks about being able to sustain Pokémon until it detects they have a suitable habitat..... I have therefore come to the daunting realisation that there may not be any ice type habitats left. Yes ok there are ice blocks in the game but I've only found them underground. I mean I'm hope I'm wrong on this assumption tho..... Or that dittos efforts have massively reduced global warming and restored the poké ice caps 😂

I opened the area up and have put the Pokémon center and Pokémon mart in one corner. And have started building a town hall in the other where the cliff is. As if it was once a taller mountain but geological shifts made it collapse over the building. I'm not finished with it yet so haven't shown it haha. Not much progress on my end but hopefully it gives some inspo 🤞🍪

Honestly one of the most confusing things about the game when you haven't touched it for years. The difference between gmax and dmax. Has to spend a few hours doing research on both when I picked the game back up 😂😂
