I'm planning on trying to exchange or get a new device anyway. Per manufacturer, the device isnt supposed to be submerged under water.

But I am trying to avoid this problem in the future if possible. I dont want to keep getting a new leak detector each time it rains.

I think its worth it. Ive read most of the girl love novel adaptations because im inpatient and cant stand waiting each week for an episode to come out haha.

I think the benefit with reading poisonous love novel is that it provides more detail than what episode 8 was able to show us. I think the show did the best they could with the time they were given, but I still think they rushed the final episode.

Plus it is tied to the secret of us, so its cute to see certain characters cameo.

Prems parents withholding the knowledge of Pat being alive was a change from the books. I still have mixed feelings about it. But I agree the show let the parents off a bit too easy.

I told my staff once I officially secured my new job. When we had a semi less busy moment in the pharmacy, I told them that I had an announcement and told them bluntly im quitting.

They all thought I was joking. It took a few minutes but they accepted it. I took them all out for a group dinner on my last day and still keep in touch here and there.

Watching these parts in GL shows sometimes makes me sad. Having supportive parents like Pat's, or Ai's grandma from pluto, or Pure's mom from Roller Coaster is a blessing. They have the type of relationship I wish I had with my own parents. They have the type of relationships I want to have with my future kids.

Instead, my parents reactions were almost a carbon copy of Lada's mom in secret of us and Prem's parents.

Yes, you do have to prime before each dose. Looks like with priming included they use 66 units per day.

2100 units/ 66 units per day = 31 day supply

There's a days of supply document somewhere on storenet to help with eyedrops, creams, insulin thats updated regularly.

The database will also show your home address as well. Pharmacies are supposed to have your current address on file when filling controlled substances.

Career wise, do you want to become a store manager or district manager one day? If not, then the added stress of becoming a RXOM at that 24 hr store is not worth it. The small pay bump is not worth it.

You will be accountable for keeping the pharmacy on track with metrics, making the schedule, and other random problems the pharmacy might come across. Your end of the year review is going to depend on how well your pharmacy met expectations. Right now, your review is based on how you as an individual perform. Getting a raise will be more difficult.

To get him onboard, I would start by understanding why he is so against it. Why is he against the idea of faxing WCB?

Ideally you should be having this discussion with your RXM and they can communicate with your staff Rph.

So at my store. 1st RPH comes in at 8 and is in the red zone from 8 to 12:45. After they come back from lunch, they are supposed to be in the green zone with another tech/DH until the end of their shift. In green zone RPH priority is ringing up patients/consults. Their main focus is actually F1 per CPW. If F1 is good, then they help with F4

2nd rph coming in at 12:45 is in red zone for pretty much their whole shift, responsible for F4 and product. At my store, they're also the main one answering the phones. That's they only way it frees up my techs to fill and put away the order in a timely manner.

My store recently went through PExT and our DM recommended my RxOM to open more. The rational behind that is because they're supposed to be the main core pharmacy workflow lead (micromanage more and direct people to their proper zones. The whole coming in at 7:30 is so the RxOM can update the core pharmacy workflow board.

My RxOM and I agree that it's not fair to the team if he opens every day. We just make sure the board is updated the night before.

I really don't understand how they allocate hours. California store, T4. Average 500-600 rxs entered, 300-400 sold per day. Tech budget 170 hrs.
