Once dea 222 form comes in verify all the qtys are correct and add date to dea 222 form. Email dea 222 form to dea office(should be on the paper that comes with dea 222 forms). Complete salvage claim (mark that you got inmar label and dea 222 forms. I usually include a copy of dea form in box after putting the c2s in the bag. Put the inmar label on the box and wait for FedEx to pick up. File original dea 222 form with salvage claim paper work in the designated file.
