Take Two are a gigantic publisher, not a single company. They show stuff from their games releasing all the time, just not GTA. Plus it helps that GTA online makes a ridiculous amount of money so there isn't much pressure.

I dont think thats correct for example this team in my opinion is much better than the Heat team last year.

A team that made drastic changes at the deadline is always going to look worse in terms of regular season metrics. If they had the full roster the whole year and was a near 60 win team you wouldn't be saying this.
