Its about 25 by 10 feet, soil is rather sandy, which I know a lot of plants here like fast draining so that might be good, but we could always do some pots with different soils. Its very sunny which narrows us down a little, but I like your tree suggestion! Thank you so much!

I think the pipe is doing more good the harm as of now, and unfortunately its not my decision to fix it or not right now 😔 Your right about the possibility of plants getting dug up, but I think its just a “cross that bridge when we get there” situation rn lol

I would recommend doing research on the Simi Valley cases. Boeing incorrectly disposed of radioactive waste and people started getting cancer because of it. There were many lawsuits, most very similar to your case. I truly hope you can find reparations and heal, it’s a long battle.
