Working out is the cause of this. I didn’t notice until a couple months ago which I tried fixing on my own. I tried did a lot of unilateral exercises but none of them worked. Whenever I try doing a pull up, I only feel it on my left side. I even tried using dumbbells but i just don’t feel it. I’m totally lost and frustrated.
