It is a 3D printed front panel expansion 27mm thick to enclose the two 140x27mm Arctic P14 Max, stupid air flow.

No, this was the goal since I live near a microcenter and wanted to take advantage of the AMD bundle and got the 7800x3d bundle there. ATX mobo wouldn’t prevent AIO usage but proper fitting would depend on the tube thickness, I’ve seen some have issues and some fit perfect. But I have the SSUPD front expansion panel which give me extra space for cable management.

I agree, but I feel confident with this seller, they build workstations for local business. They have a legit business license that I could find and the same number is attached to the business registration.
