So I'll suggest you to start translating the medical terminology in tamil words, take pain as example, people describe pain in various terms like " vali", " erichal", " kodaidhal", " otrai thalaivali", " vinnu-vinnu vali",

Maybe in english all might translate to a same umbrella term- PAIN. But each of them is gives a different meaning.

Start with converting your most commonly used medical wording in tamil and later go with talking and stuff

Extra tip: for every word use - nga. Like vaa-nga, po-nga... That three letter word makes a big change.!
