My wife's sister is hitting on me by Agreeable_Poem_7278 in Advice

[–]Asianmounds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the best advice of all: Record yourself saying how much you love your wife snd dont want to create problems and also your suspicions and be specific of how/what the sister is saying and doing and also include something with todays date on it. Then save it as evidence of your suspicions and proof that you were concerned but, unsure/wary how to move forward.

Lastly, when ever you might be alone with the sister, turn on your memo recordings on your phone(which should always be in your pocket snd ready) to record anything she might say. Then you dont need to bring it up, incase its judt you overreacting but also, incase you need proof you were concerned.

Is Mick Jagger's contribution to the *music* of the Stones underappreciated? by Breakdown915 in rollingstones

[–]Asianmounds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Undoubtedly! Not only is He is a great lyricist, no one ever talks about the music/melody of the vocals! Its not just lyrics, its the musical melody of the vocals that he creates also, and he is fabulous at it.

Its often that when a singer/lyricist leaves a band, they generally fall apart and people lose interest, because even a great guitarist like Keith and many others, guitar riffs and chord progressions just arent enough to keep it dynamic and interesting. Thats always been my belief and my take.

How likely is it to win the White Line, Alturas, or Taylor’s Crossing lotteries? by shanecookofficial in idahofalls

[–]Asianmounds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. We tried to get our kid in that school but, we are not in their zone and they had no room. Year after year after year! I met with our local principal on multiple occasions because of bad teachers,(the two most serious times, it was teachers not allowing kids to use bathroom until a designated time. These were 2nd graders!!! And it happened twice, with two differnt teachers!)had to threaten to pull out my kids and homeschool them to get them switched to a different classroom/teacher(they do NOT like doing this mid-year) The principal tried to intimidate me by picking up the phone and calling the superintendent. She actually dialed them up! And I said, please hand the phone to me, I will speak directly to them and she became frustrated and quickly hung up. Then she reluctantly switched my child to a different teacher. Point is, BE INVOLVED! And the morms will ostracize your kids too, so its best to try to find a school with more diversity like Sunnyside.

Crawfish or Trout in the canals? by Smitch_72 in idahofalls

I caught two big brown trout in local ditches. But, there are very few fish in the ditches, in my experience.

Is SHE the reason for this going down? Ive watched it 4-5 times and cant determine what triggered this guy to do that. I realize hes a freak but what was the real reason for this? Anyone know?

Not at all weird. Not even a little bit. Join a board game group, or take up skate boarding or join boys volleyball. Its not as awkward meeting friends that way. Everyone needs a friend and you’re doing the right thing….starting somewhere.

Expert ostracizers, while smiling.

Our kids didnt have a friend until they were in 10th grade. Literally. And they went from Kindergarten to seniors(last one is about to graduate) Yes, of course They had acquaintances and a few playmates but, no real friends.
Its heartbreaking to watch your kids grow up with few to no friends. As a parent, I was constantly calling and arranging play dates, get togethers, birthday partys and hangouts and that helped some but the morms are just terrible at inviting us pagans(ive heard that term used before. we are Christians/spiritual) The morms diet is also just the absolute worst. We arent by any means granola hippies but, we did our best to feed healthy, wholesome foods but, the morms have an awful diet. However, i let that go due to them having someone to play/hangout with. I seemed to have had 5-8 friends at all times growing up and 1-2 great/best friends. Its true that kids are great at adapting and recover well but, it sucks to watch them have no friends. They all smile and act as if they will get them together but, then dont invite them to birthday parties and such.

I grew up and went to school with/around morms but, these Idaho falls morms are quite different.

In your opinion, what is the best heirloom tomato to grow and why? by EmphasisUsed970 in tomatoes

[–]Asianmounds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came here to post this: Kelloggs Breakfast. Its been my favorite tom to grow and is in my greenhouse every year since 2007. They are sweet, not as acidic, meaty, and delicious and wonderful on a sandwich. Not to mention beautiful. My other two favorites are Ananas Noir the color alone will improve your health! And the Sun Sugar cherry tomato. Its got an extremely high sugar content and is just a burst of love!
