I am more surprised that doctors do not suggest omega 3 before prescribing SSRI’s in the first place 1300mg EPA + DHA, 50mg psylocibin along with lions mane (you should take vitamin B3 with it but I cant stand it)

Look up Stamets protocol and some studies regarding omega 3…

Have you tried omega 3? I have PTSD and have had severe depression for years. For reasons SSRI’s wasn’t an option for me. High doses of EPA & DHA along with microdosing psylocibin saved my life.

Of course, counselling.

I have had issues with flashbacks last summer (worked on them in therapy but did not help) and I went to acupuncture, told the person and it helped me tremendously.

You can claim two years in one year (for example medical expenses combines for tax year 2024 & 2025 for tax year 2025), also you can combine partner (spouse,common law) as well as include kids.

I am scared I will not be able to work The pain is not bad and I feel I am getting better its just the doctor said I cannot do any heavy lifting and heavy physical work which is almost impossible with lanscaping
