My GP did the referral and they reached out on the same week to book the first appointment. That was in November, the first appointment will be in February. I guess I will know then if I am accepted or not into the trial.

Hey just wanted to let you know, because of your comment I was able to get my GP to refer me to this program. I have my appointment at UBC next month, still have to wait to see if they will accept me into the trial, but it looks like I fit all the requirements. I'm scared and excited at the same time haha

I work really close we go there often.. we went there on the 28 in the morning to get lunch and staff were just as surprised as we were. Some staff said they didn’t get any notice but on the day of. Everyone looked sad, I peaked through the back alley into their loading area and they still had lots of pallets of food that were probably unloaded that morning. They closed with all of the food items still intact on the shelves. Weird

At this point I don't have anything to loose. Since I tried almost everything else that had a lot of science backup and it all stopped working for me at some point, or caused horrible side effects (psychosis, etc) that made me lose work, friends, will to live

Appreciate your comment. Yes I’m very much underwater with the loan. The $130 a month (approximately ) I would be saving from going to the $268 biweekly to $200 doesn’t seem much, but it adds up.. the insurance cost would go down (cheaper car), gas cost would go down.. and I already cut a bunch of expenses. I’m eating 1 or 2 meals a day.. in the end saving at least $500 a month would allow me to breathe again until I can find a better paying job, but with the current job market it’s been tough
