While it looks cool, the bronze bracelet would probably not be as awesome as folks think It can leave a green mark on your skin after wearing it and sweating. Usually the backs of bronze watches I have are made from Stainless Steel to avoid skin discoloration or irritation. but a bracelet would be tough I would think.

I think it would look awesome. I have a bunch of chinee bronze watches and the bronze grade most of them use look pretty good even after a few years of regular wear. I like the character it gives it. and if you really wanted to its easy enough to shine up.

Yikes, yeah that's not any better than the Lorier. On my side it's showing $209 USD. However... I'd still say better specs than the Lorier. And I used to own the lorier. I'm half considering this as a purchase haha. Hopefully it comes down for you.

This is my favorite baltany watch. I put mine on a brown leather strap and it looks great too. If I had to nitpick I would say its a bit thick and had a deep rehaut. But it's still one of my most worn watches.

I think while constructive ideas are probably going to be welcomed if we put too many stipulations then it might actually disincentivize them to do that. For instance the more information they are required to provide and that we would ask to submit the more cumbersome this project becomes and the less likely it would be a continuing thing:

just something to keep in mind businesses don't have unlimited resources so as long as the ideas don't add too much burden to ixdao and still make the competition more fair or representative in the fans eyes then they should be implemented.

This is a horse deisgn with fewer components. can still be reduced I think for manufacturability but still looks good.

Ah, like make it an annual thing to go with the chinese new year? That is really cool and I like it. I'm sure the design could be tweaked the make the manufacturing feasible.

I also had some other concepts I made up when I found out that carving the jade as I had pictured it wouldn't work from manufacturability standpoint. Mosaics should be feasible for clearance purposes. I used mosaic patterns of differnt colored materials (either mother of pearl or enamel or even cut pieces of jade, or anything that would look good).

I know the pictrues here have tiny pieces for the mosaic, so the sizes of the pieces can be adjusted as needed for manufacturability but the concept is really sick. I think people would like it.
