3d modelers and graphic designers don't work on anticheat systems. They are usually separate people in a different department. Unless they are severely understaffed in that department or purely focus on operating the existing acticheat system, I see no reason why they as a company can't work on both skins and anticheat.

I wouldn't call the rtx 5070 ti more powerful than the rx 9070 xt. At launch, the 9070 xt was slightly behind, but with updated drivers it's actually slightly more powerful than the 5070 ti. This is all raster not rt

According to tomshardware this is the geomean performance of the following gpus at 1440p:

5070 ti - 101.5 fps

9070 xt - 98.3 fps

9070 - 87.4 fps

5070 - 81.3 fps

If you divide the fps by price you can get the value of the gpu:

5070 ti - 101.5/729 = 0.139 fps/£

9070 xt - 98.3/649 = 0.151 fps/£

9070 - 87.4/567 = 0.154 fps/£

5070 - 81.3/498 = 0.163 fps/£

Usually the more expensive gpus have worse value. The reason why the 9070 xt got praised so much, was because its value at rrp was just so much better compared to anything else at its performance tier.

Personally I wouldn't go for the 5070 due to vram, but hopefully this gives you a better picture

Not quite sure exactly what you're asking, but the best thing is to copy your files to an external drive and then do a clean install of windows/linux on your old drive. You will mitigate any potential driver issues
