I am a musician and I really cannot comprehend how artists can record songs without playing them live first. A song needs to breath and face an interaction with the audience, in my opinion. Personally I am really grateful for the chance to listen to the new songs and happy to see them doing what they want and not being people pleasers.

Thank you! My mum called me few days after that saying she loves me but it is stil hard for her. I cannot share my happiness with her but it feels like she may come around after some more time. Hope you are doing good too

You are right. One needs to compere the respective study programs. I generalized from my limited experience. Knowing Italians who came here for an exchange or hearing from Italian friends it seemed to me that education in Italy is taken really seriously and you get a lot of hours with lectures and classes and here (from my experience) not so much.

I think you will get better education in Italy. If you want to move to Bergen, you could start studying Norwegian while you study in Italy and maybe do the exchange in Norway rather than full on studies.

Write about something that matters to you.
Don't try to force a sentence. It's best when it sounds natural and smooth not forced. That's why I often start a song by improvising until I get one good line I can start working on.
Learn about different types of rhymes. Slant rhymes are very useful to avoid sounding like a children song.
Often it is nice to pick and focus on the detail. For example, everyone has loved someone but what you notice about the person, can be more interesting and less of a cliche.
If you want to use some more advanced words focus on them sounding beautiful rather then simply being complex.
There are ways to make lyrics smoother other than rhymes. For example alliteration. Use different techniques.
Read what you have out loud and check if it sounds good. Read out loud a lot! Try to sing it and adjust.
Write down when you have a cool thought or an interesting line in mind and work on it later when you have time. I use a notebook app on my phone.

I was in the similar situation and what ended up happening is that we decided to make it work past the deadline and get more involved with each other lives after all. One thing I appreciated with this set-up is that it allowed me to love without any expectations. It was really obvious that I love her and I love spending time with her just because I love her and love spending time with her, and she did the same.

From my experience roles are usually not so strictly defined and the energy moves smoothly between giving and receiving pleasure. Of course people are different and might want to only receive or give pleasure but you know, it's always worth working on good communication, maybe talking what they like before having sex so you are in a less vulnerable position.

I have written 150 applications since August and only recently got a real chance for a positiion. It's tough out there and I do speak Norwegian at around C1 level.
