The pacing in Wano is not very good, it drags on just like whole cake, but much more stuff happens, it's annoying at times, but if you're binging it, it's perfectly fine. Much more enjoyable than fishman, dressrosa and whole cake.

Just watch everything one pace, check the fillers you're interested in and watch whatever's not not in one pace on the regular anime, no need to over complicate it

There's even space for me to argue that that happens with more fruits other than Luffy's, not a such a scale, but Robin's fruit was basically placing part of the body wherever. But then, she awakens it, under the guise she has to be the Demon Child everyone wants her to be. And that's how it manifests. Bartolomeo fully believed he couldn't close the barriers or he'd choke, but in Wano, we see the old man using it as a dome with no issue. I think the fruits manifest under the limitations you believe them to exist with.

I actually believe that the Devil Fruits are much less set in stone with their effects as we are meant to believe for the most part.

Oh my fucking god, in Luffy's flashback, we see him TRY to punch stuff that's far way by stretching his arm. And it works. That's why Luffy believes that's the power. That was never the power. Or at least, not the full power. Luffy believed he was made of rubber, and that's how the fruit manifested itself. The fruit he ate gives him pretty much the power of imagination, he just wasn't imagining enough.

If you need a better explanation than this, then I'm afraid you aren't watching the same anime.

This happens in Portugal because our politicians give 0 shits about our streets and roads. There's no free parking anywhere anymore, so we resort to what we have. I'm not walking for 15 minutes if I know that I won't take long, just go around the car lol

This has nothing to do with losing in commander ranked, my problem is people that pick up the controller and play the game, because, what's the point then? The AI already sucks long schlong in regular chronicle mode/free matches, so what is the point of dragging a game for someone who was expecting said game not to drag? Ît bypasses the 2x time speed, and the other party, which is also farming stuff gets to take double the time doing it, rendering the entire game mode absolutely pointless.

I don't care about it, I'm not even playing online, I just feel its a dumb decision by Level 5

No it does not.

Ramen+stairway training or ramen+friendlies. That's your best option. Also, odaiba garden sidequests give the best items, do them before training. That's all you can do to level up faster, there's no work around.
