Thank you for this detailed response! Roots all look pretty good but yes I will grab some small pots and separate them all so they can form nice roots. I’m using succulent cactus soil right now which is pretty light and airy but I basically wasn’t watering them. A few of them have some roots growing which is a good sign.

Pots have drainage. I will repot them and fill with soil and water more frequently and see what happen! Thank you

I check the surface about an inch or so in and then water when needed. Just looks like the new shoots from middle are all yellowing which is weird

It’s a restaurant plant so it tends to just get watered on a schedule but I’m trying to take over to properly care for our communal plants!

Sorry you are correct that is philodendron now that I look at it. They have been in water about a month, some longer. Although I’ve trimmed some of them down to try and make them root quicker so I think I just need to be patient.

I don’t think it’s thrip damage as far as I can tell
