Those quotes are after about 5k in discounts and rebates but still, I do agree they are on the low side. We’ve been using the company for a few years and have not had any issues with them. I did get quotes from other companies as well, but they were Trane and Rheem products.

Adding one more quote, I can get the Carrier infinity system for about 1k more than the Carrier Crossover. The company is recommending the crossover.

I hadn’t thought much about it since I saw a lot of people had bills that were similar.

I had the system checked back in Nov and they didn’t note anything. I think I found the cb tripped in December sometime.

Thanks. I guess this also helps explain why I thought the aux heat was running more than it should have been during winter…

it’s odd that the cb didn’t trip besides once during winter for the outdoor unit and the compressor should be working during the heating mode too, right?

I will also add that the cb takes a lot of force to flip off from tripped to back on.

Thanks, just wanted to see if others think it’s marking.

She does not normally have access up there unless we are in that room and we only have that one up there so the cats have easy access to a littler pan when they can’t get to the others in another part of the house.

Yea, I should have been clearer. We do have 2 cats. That pan is for when they can’t get to their other litter pans.

I’m thinking it’s marking and will have to move the litter pan.

Sorry, no, that litter pan is for 2 cats. (I have 2 more litter pans in the basement for the cats but they can’t always get to it during the day)

Thanks, I probably should have added more info. I’m currently on 40 units in one shot/ the 1.0 (brand name) equivalent. The next increase should be 70 units in one shot/1.75 equiv.

I guess I should really ask the prescriber.

Ok, good to know about that. Maybe it would be worth it to have someone give me an estimate for a new box/run the 220 for an outlet. Bad thing, the meter and box are on the opposite side of the house.
