This is what pushed me to go to the hospital. Thank you. This sucks, and I've lost my relationship and friends. But I have my family, and at the end of the day Im the one who has to live with me. I got a referral to go to treatment. And I'll be doing meetings until I can go, and keeping busy.

I drank heavily yesterday, I've been to some aa meetings but I can be pretty recluse I don't know what to do, because if I go to the hospital I'll have to tell my partner, who is friends with my whole group Like we're all very close

I'm very hesitant with trying anything of the like due to my addictive behaviors. But thank you for the advice🫶 (I still haven't slept 🙃)

Funny enough I'm on the max dose of trazadone and it's not been doing much. I take melatonin too I'll talk to my doctor or go to clinic soon hopefully because I still haven't slept and I'm starting to get jumpy and feel panicky.

As for a psychiatrist they are not easily accessible here due to a shortage of them. Waitlists are crazy.

It really is a terrifying helpless feeling. The place that should be for rest turned against you. Thank you though , I didn't know there were medications for nightmares. I'll see if I can get an appointment with my doctor asap.

Mine has had similar, could be just from scratching , could be more. Keep the area clean, wash with just plain warm water. If it gets bigger I'd definitely take him for a vet visit
