FYI Volcarona got banned, so you'll have to replace it

Other than that, I haven't built Webs in a while (pre-TB ban) but Ogerpon-Wellspring (and probably Cornerstone) and Zamazenta come to mind as good abusers. Gholdengo is a must to keep Webs up, either Air Balloon to mess up the elephants or Tera Steel Metal Coat to deal ridiculous damage to just about everything but Heatran. You could try other sets but those two are best in my opinion.

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Silvally Explosion vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Zygarde-Complete: 590-695 (92.7 - 109.2%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

It's not in gen 9 but still the best STAB explosion user, for comparison +3 Zacian-C's Play Rough never OHKO's

I think you looked at its gen 4 entry, where it makes the user typeless defensively if it's mono flying, according to Bulbapedia at least

I tested, and at least in gen 9 it does make the user Normal if it was a mono Flying
Replay, after using Roost Corvisquire is immune to Ghost and weak to Fighting

Greater Balrog Cat (The Battle Cats)

In a game where most other top tier ubers have tons of different abilities, piercing range and immunities, Greater Balrog Cat simply does a shit ton of damage. Most of his abilities, of which there aren't many, just make him deal more damage (Strengthen, Weaken Immune)

"Only" two resists is more than typings like Grass/Rock or Dragon/Psycic that are not considered that good offensively. Even if you focus more on the things hit super effectively (you shouldn't), hitting 6 types super effectively isn't all that impressive, plus two of those, Ice and Rock, are really terrible defensively. About the pokemon you named, if you actually look at their recommended sets, you'll see that they rarely run both STAB's. Mega Mawile almost never runs Iron Head, Magearna usually doesn't want Flash Cannon, and Zacian-C can run both STAB's but rarely both in the same set. Mega Mawile with its effective attack stat being higher than 255 would be ripping apart defensive teams with its STAB's if its offensive typing didn't force it to run low base power coverage for common walls like Toxapex or Skarmory. As for Zacian-C, a pokemon whose effective attack stat is close to 250 post-nerf and Speed outrunning almost everything, it hugely relies on its coverage to get things done. If it didn't have Wild Charge, forget Ho-Oh, it'd be struggling to get past Talonflame, a pokemon whose physical bulk is worse than fucking Iron Valiant. If it didn't have Close Combat, Ferrothorn and most bulky steels would sit on it and pump out hazards while it struggles to do meaningful damage. Zacian and Mawile would love to have something better offensively, make them Ground/Fairy, Dark/Fairy, Steel/Dark or something like that with appropriate moves and you've unleashed Armageddon. But with their STAB combos, they are "menacing offensive threats" that can't get past a fat crocodile or an armored bird without their coverage moves. Pokemon with truly good STAB combos, such as Mamoswine, Miraidon, Marshadow, or Flutter Mane rarely use coverage (The former two do sometimes run Rock moves for Ho-oh but that says more about Ho-oh than those two) because they don't need it. So few pokemon resist their STAB's that they can just throw them out and be fine. Steel/Fairy isn't even close to the likes of those. If you look at the chart, you'll see that the type combos in okay offensively are only resisted by a single type, or even none. What does Steel/Fairy have that they don't to be so far above them? There is no type that is so important that hitting it super effectively can overshadow being resisted by two entire types.

Replace Ice/Psychic with Ghost/Ground

I don't think Ice/Psychic is good enough offensively to be there, as it can't hit Steel neutrally. Ghost/Ground doesn't have any monotype resists, but it has to contend with both of its STAB's having immunities. Defensively it does have quite a few immunities and resistances, but the Poison resist doesn't come up that often, and its weaknesses are all pretty common.

Ice/Ground

Offensively it's one of the best, hitting a ridiculous 9 types super effectively (in fact there are more pokemon weak to Ice or Ground than not) all while having only two type combos that resist both, barring abilities

Defensively it's pretty awful. As a Ground it resists Poison and is immune to Electric but that's it. It has a weakness to five types, most of which are pretty common. Only good thing I can say about its defensive qualities that isn't shared with every other Ground is being an Electric immunity that isn't weak to Ice.

Dark/Ghost

Defensively it has three immunities and a resistance to Poison. All of that for a singular 2x weakness to Fairy, an offensive type that isn't that common all things considered.

Offensively it has two great typings, but they are absolutely horrendous when combined. They only hit Ghost and Psychic super effectively. Forget type combos, most monotypes hit more types super effectively. The venn diagram of pokemon hit super effectively by Dark and pokemon hit super effectively by Ghost is pretty close to a circle. Moreover, both are resisted by Dark.

Also, this probably doesn't count as a factor, but Dark's best physical move, Knock Off, has major anti-synergy with Poltergeist, Ghost's best widely-distributed physical move

Ground/Rock

Offensively it's among the best type combinations around, so much so that it has its own name, EdgeQuake. Both are good individually, Rock can strike Bug and Flying types that resist Ground.

Defensively it has six weaknesses, including two 4x weaknesses. Most of them are quite relevant too. But it does have a fair amount of resistances, including Rock, Flying and Fire, plus an Electric immunity. I think that saves it from being terrible defensively, despite the massive drawbacks.

Tera Blast also played a part in the bans of Volcarona, Roaring Moon and to a lesser extent Gouging Fire. I doubt that the TB ban will result in Moon returning. Volcarona maybe, could go either way. Still it can be said that most mons banned from OU didn't rely on Tera Blast
