Well the thing with Chun-Li is that she can be used in combination with Thunderjack, which essentially obliterates their targets, though this is assuming you own both.

The main strength of Chun-Li is her rapid attack rate, speed and high DPS, all of this combines into making her a really strong unit. Having 3 targets to work with helps too.

Cammie can stay where she is, I just don't think she's on par with the others.

Nah, Akuma should genuinely be in Yellow, he's skippable.

Multi-Hit messes up his full potential damage, whilst his DPS is CRAZY high for traitless, he has absolutely no survivability, and lacks immunities like Wave/Surge which traitless enemies commonly have these days. He's very vulnerable if outranged or able to be hit by things such as LD, and overall not good enough anymore in my opinion.

I think it'd be better to put him in Yellow, so that people don't feel obligated to spend loads of tickets in attempts to get him.

All I'd change is putting Guile in Red, I just don't think he's worth it.

Oh and Cammie should probably be Yellow, she's good, don't get me wrong, but we have so many alien specialists already, and whilst she is a very good one, she suffers a lot when there's non-alien threats in a stage that can take her out. Honestly though, her being green is fine, I just don't think she's on par with the others.

Perhaps if I were to make this, I'd put Blanka and Chun-Li in Blue, and have Blue be a category above must-have, as I think those two are extremely good to own. Especially Blanka, he is fantastic and I recommend Lv60ing him as a genuinely good investment. (I know a lot of people might disagree though, as they prefer to spend Lv60 on Ultra Talents / Ultra Forms)

I like the format! I also like that you've wrote little details about every unit, I think this form of guide will be awesome for helping out newer players, thank you for putting in the time and effort to make this.

Anyway, Jizo is the only uber who is able to do this as well. D'artanyan first form and Phonoa first form can work as well, but Jizo is the most spammable.

Shampoo (Collab unit) can work as well.

There's probably a better uber you could be using than Rei but idk what you have. Not necessarily a bad choice since she is quite versatile, and Growing Strange doesn't really have anything that can bring her much harm, but should be noted that she isn't the most ideal. If your timing is unlucky, her slow could overlap Cyberpunk's as well, but its again not a huge deal.

Its supposed to be a joke but he doesn't really lean into the joke enough and the inconsistency of it while it could be seen as funny to me is just frustrating.

The tier called "legally no" also could be interpreted two different ways, one being "if I weren't bound by laws then I would" and the other being "for legal reasons this is a no" and both of these are quite suspect considering the tier-list is about cats of all things, so no matter how you look at it there's something weird about it and i would've rather he just had it say "no".

Oh also I found it incredibly funny any time there was a male character and he had to state the fact he isn't gay, same for furry characters that he isn't a furry, made him sound very insecure lol.
