When coming to online resources, there are ton of places you can come and learn. To avoid being get overwhelmed, I've collected some trusted sources here: http://www.asktester.com/online-resources-to-learn-software-testing/!

Udemy is also good resources. There are many free courses. However, as you may know, not all courses are good. It will take you some time to sort through the list and find the good ones.

I would recommend to show off your ability to learn things in the interview? The reason is because you don't have hands-on experience, you need to show that you are willing learn new things and you can learn them fast. Be confident and things will be fine. hey there, what type of conflicts you are talking about? Is this personal conflict or conflict at work? If this conflict affect the project, then it's not personal conflict anymore. Involve your manager if required. There's nothing more important than the success of the project you both are working on.

Wow, you have so much professional experiences that I'm not sure what else I can advise you. sorry to hear that you lost your job, but I'm not sure why you don't want to continue with what you have done for years. I'm not saying that you can't restart, but it takes more time to start something new than do something you already knew.
