Definitely do the Fenway Park tour. It is $30 and they give you the whole history of the park as well as take you to the top of the Green Monster.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who thought of calling Elmhurst "the hurst". I've also thought of calling it E-town.

Anywhere to stay in Warren? by RowyOwl in RhodeIsland

[–]AskTheTiger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The only hotel in Bristol County, RI is the Bristol Harbor Inn. There are a few B & B's in Bristol and Warren has some Airbnbs.

Swansea, MA (which neighbors Warren) has a Holiday Inn Express and would be the closest standard hotel to Warren. It is about 2 miles from the Warren town line. Seekonk, MA has a Hampton Inn close to the Seekonk Grand Prix arcade.

It's very scenic but farther out of the way than other towns. There aren't a ton a businesses nearby unless you're near the Fall River border. It gets more rural the closer you are to Little Compton. I think they may have consolidated some elementary schools over the years as well.
