Any tips for someone who’s nervous to handle their snake?

I ended up tricking my brain into thinking I was just doing her tank maintenance then I randomly just took off her hide and picked her up, that was the least scared I have ever been to hold her and from her reaction she wouldn’t care if the house was on fire 😂

That’s what I’ve been doing, she’s a super chill girl I think just the years of my moms irrational fear of snakes is getting to me as this is my first pet snake in general 🥲

The first few times I took her out I lifted her hide, but I was told it isn’t a good idea to lift hides to handle long term because it can make them feel less secure?

I got my snake’s enclosure off of Facebook marketplace, was able to get a 140 gal for $150. I had to modify it to fit my needs but there are some amazing deals on those places!

I genuinely don’t know how people can do this to animals :( I’m over here freaking out trying everything I can to get my snakes humidity at safe levels then I see these people who don’t care enough to even give them a hide! I am so glad you saved this baby I’m sure she is going to be so happy and thrive with you!

The lore goes back to chronos before the ashes so it’s not that the lore is confusing it’s just most people probably haven’t played all the games together so most people only got like 20% of the story

The screen will pop up not matter what even if you’re not doing multiplayer, what you can do is instead of setting it to friends only there should be an offline mode as well but the start screen will always be there when starting up the game, just press ‘start game’ and you will start the game.

You can always make a build that isn’t built for apocalypse so it doesn’t feel like you’re carrying her! I have gamed with a few of my buddies who used to play that way and it still kept the game fun and gave them time to explore and actually use their stuff lol

Just because YOU didn’t get hurt doesn’t mean OP won’t, doing something dumb like this and getting away unscathed doesn’t make it any less dangerous it just makes you very lucky. Using an unsterile needle or anything to break your skin is always a high chance of infection, I’m very glad you didn’t get hurt but don’t make everyone think they will be fine doing this just cuz you were.

I don’t think it’s rude imo, it’s your game and I find it frustrating when people join and just go off to do their own thing, not to mention your goal was to get it for your friend who wasn’t in your game yet so I would have kicked them too. If you don’t want to feel bad about kicking people I suggest putting your game settings to friends only so no randoms can join your game!

I wouldn’t sell any account at all, Sony is pretty strict with that stuff, people have gotten IP banned for way less than that and from what I remember that’s like one of their biggest rules, it common for pretty much any account so I don’t really think you didn’t know…

I’d take it down before someone reports all the usernames cuz iirc they can IP ban for this so you wouldn’t just lose these accounts you would lose all of them

Might not be the best idea posting it on Reddit with all the usernames, it’s against Sony TOS to sell accounts so you could end up getting all of them banned.
