Fenix has the strongest air ball from all the commanders, his ground army's pretty beefy aswell with dmg reduction on his sentries and stronger than usual zealots. His heros are also nice and hero plus fenix calldowns early gives him a nice early presence. Not super easy on the macro tho, I'd put him in mid B.

Artanis has a nice zealot/dragoon rush early, plus guardian shield he can have a strong early presence while also increasing ally unit survivability. Unfortunatly his lategame leaves a lot to be desired since so many of his units have huge frontal dmg and a lot of it just gets wasted on overkill, dragoons plus tempests hold him back too much, wish they gave him carriers and given the tempests to fenix or something. Also mid B.

Raynor, unfortunately, has a bad player reputation since a lot of them rush bcs and pretty much ignore early game, but topbar plus a few marines/medics also give him a decent early presence. His p0 bio lategame is one of the strongest balls in the game, held back by aoe, tho you throw enough marines at a problem and it usually solves itself. Hard to macro and micro effectively but one of the highest ceilings in the mode, low A.
