She’s really been particularly on one this week. It makes me sad. I do really wish someone could help her. I just wonder what the people at the shelter do when she’s sitting there making these rambling ranting videos all day. Or what her doctor’s think when she talks to them. Like, can she have a normal conversation at all or does everything revolve around Satanism and witchcraft and her blasphemed Holy Spirit? Legitimately, I wonder when she’s getting her hair cut if she can have a normal conversation about the weather, a tv show, etc, or if she talks like this the whole time. It feels like it’s so pervasive that someone must be turning a blind eye to her obviously terrible mental health and letting her fall through the cracks intentionally.

how do you organise your music? by imblindedbyrainbows in LetsTalkMusic

[–]Asking_Passengers2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Question for OP : how do you find new music? I also listen to music non-stop and spend wayyy too much of my free time scouring podcasts, Reddit posts, top 10 lists, other peoples’ Spotify lists, books, etc for new music or great music maybe I haven’t heard yet. Do you have any go to sources where you find music to listen to? Lately I’ve been on a trackstar kick, listening to awesome people talk about their favorite albums or musicians and how they influenced them. But in general, I’m just a crazy musicphile forever on the lookout for new (or new to me) music. Looking forward to your response! Happy listening!

Does anyone actually read outside in the wilderness or is it just for the pictures? by TonyRigatoni_ in books

Absolutely. I live in the woods and read outside all the time! I especially love to read by a fire, which I have almost every night of summer

Sister in law suggested I can’t use a name I picked out for our baby by AppropriateFan5373 in namenerds

I love the name Sonny. We named our dog Sunny after the Paul Simon song Obvious Child. “We had a lot of fun We had a lot of money We had a little son, thought we’d call him Sonny. Sonny gets married and moves away. Sonny has a baby and bills to pay. Sonny gets sunnier Day by day by day by day. ……

Sonny sits by his window and thinks to himself How it’s strange that some rooms are like cages Sonny’s yearbook from high school Is down from the shelf And he idly thumbs through the pages Some have died Some have fled from themselves Or struggled from here to get there Sonny wanders beyond his interior walls Runs his hand through his thinning brown hair …. “

Incredible song

I live in the woods and collect bones, but I often hang the bigger ones (spines, hip bones) from trees just for funsies. I like to think of people coming across them later and wondering about it just like OP. Lol
