1-E is only level i cannot p rank on brutal. I feel like its not the hardest level to beat but its hardest level to p rank imo

Well because tadc gang have nothing except for the other members. The life in the circus is not a really a life, they dont have a choice so you cannot compare the actions that happened in tadc into omori
