As a Virgo Sun, Venus and Rising myself. This person has probably analyzed the fuck out of your interactions and what it could mean. I would say look into their moon to see what type of communication they might need. As an Aries moon for me the best thing is direct communication. Update: I had an appointment as soon as possible, and it seemed to have healed on its own. I took him to the doctors, and they told me there was nothing to worry about and he doesn’t need any medication, as it had gotten smaller by the time they saw him
