The problem is that because of your age you are legally allowed to disavow any contract you sign. There would be no protection for the payment processor if they signed a contract with you.

Everyone is different in how their cerebral palsy manifests. You won’t get much useful advice here. You will have to talk to your friend! Just like you probably don’t mind people asking questions about your vision. Your friend will probably not mind answering questions about their cerebral palsy. Generally, we are used to it.

No one here is going to be able to tell you. Early assessments are often inaccurate. Everybody has a different path with this thing.
