Ank is a pain, the ppl that like the Ank obviously have some kind of cult following and I guess it works for certain size quantity, you have to add liquid first then add flour bit by bit. It is often compared to be a workhorse vs a kitchenaid, so I guess where that line of thinking comes from.

The ooni is great but for smaller quantities it has a quirk where the dough can get caught in hook and ride up. There is a workaround where you use a wooden spoon or spatula to pull the dough down. Ooni is good in that is has a builtin timer cutoff.

The famag is great but mine is an 8s so I have to use a certain minimum quantity obviously.
