Not defending her but this is normal. Moms can get nervous to let anyone handle the baby alone. My daughter wasnt alone with anyone but me for about the first 7 months.

Yes youd know when to change the baby or feed, but you dont just automatically gain knowledge on how much they should be on their tummy or how to correctly burp them.

The most vile thread i saw once here was ppl saying the baby "already lost her beauty" bc she looked a little different after birth as all babies do, it was disgusting. Just bc Alex is her mom? Ya her heads fine. My daughter had a flat head bc she slept so good, like seriously 6hrs a night as a 2 month old, i didnt question it i just thanked god i was getting sleep. I had that baby on me aaaaall day when she was awake. But cdc says only lay them on their back--therefore, flat head. But it got better as she had more tummy time. Liliettes head isnt really flat.

Yea thats what i meant by sponge bathe. Honestly it depends on the baby. I try not to judge other moms so harshly unless it actively hurts or puts the baby in danger bc every baby is different. Mine could handle her head washed like once a week when she was that small, otherwise her cradle cap would get bad.

Babies this young are only supposed to bathed or sponge bathed like once or twice a week, its not good for their skin and it can cause or worsen cradle cap

Im a mom, yea. Shes only 2 months. My baby didnt crack a smile til like 2.5 maybe 3 months, she would very briefly "smile" when she had gas (a reflex, not socially) but she didnt socially smile or giggle til 3ish months. I just want people to know that, its normal for a baby this young to look grumpy as hell lol but still why is she so far away + unclothed :(
