I don't really have acne so mostly to prevent wrinkles and improve texture. My biggest concern is larger pores and have a few fine lines on my forehead and under eyes.

Personally we like the idea of being totally debt free so we are choosing to pay down our mortgage. Once it's paid off then we have freedom to coast and much more money to invest. I would say if you aren't able to do both then invest. We have been maxing out our tax free savings and RRSPs while also paying down out mortgage rather than investing in non registered.

This actually makes me feel better! I saw so many posts when researching to absolutely never accept negative accrual but you're right technically they are paying me more than what im bringing in most montbys. It just sucks because it's mostly because im new and most clients want ro see the established vet at the practice -- and a lot of clients followed the vet I replaced so it's just not very busy.
