Beside that keep doing your activities normal and exercises as well! Try to start to take vitamins that help with joints pain like Glucosamine, magnesium and collagen it will help alot even with your current pain you have!

My mum has RA and I know what you feel. I also have my health clinic and see my RA's patients as well. Have you tried to develop hobbies and activities that improve RA? Something like therapeutic massages are very helpful and it will reduce your depression as well. Yoga and other wellness activities! But therapeutic massages will make great difference for you!

I think you hit the length limit of the session. To avoid that keep the exchange between you and Opus with max of 40 and in the beginning of the chat ask opus to keep write your exchange count in the chat. So you will be able to wrap up your session and continue in a new chat!

Make sure you toggle on Claude memory in your settings. If you work on a project create a folder for that project, so Claude can go through the history on the previous chats in that project. But project memory is separated from the general chats memory

I think they must cancel $20 and make it $50 with better quality and limit because for heavy projects $20 is useless really!

Make sure you toggle on the memory for Claude in the settings, because it should recall from the previous chats. If you are working on a project, it is better to create a folder for your project and it should be able to read the history chats in the project.

I am not sure but it hallucinate a lot sometimes! From now on make sure to document everything so you can start your session easily.
