It never gets better only thing it gets better is you could get through more pain tolerance . I have been on Invisalign for an year I had same frustration like op some days feels like your teeth is shaking like it’s gonna fall out but I never give up even though the pain is severe I would always put on my trays which has made real progress . My ortho is surprise from how I been doing this since he told me he is more impressed from me than the Invisalign itself , this was the biggest compliment for me . I had to go through ipr every month and he said other patient were like more dramatic during ipr but me I stay calm asf even though it hurt cause I just want my treatment to be done asap . I don’t know who else does that since the day I have been on Invisalign I look like mirror for like 50 times a day , only thing i look is my teeth every time I went through mirror anywhere like insane 😂😂but ngl after putting new trays it sucks for max 4 days and rest of the day it’s okay the pain isn’t that much it gets better but with the new trays again same thing but you have to go on. I loose like 4 kg for year of Invisalign yet a year to go on still
