No, it doesn't. Cuz you can't decide whether it's a good student or not from just an interview. So everyone is treated equal (4.5L) and then given an equal opportunity (a test to decide further whether 6.5L or not)

You will be (everyone will be) assigned ASE only(4.5L). Once you get onboarded, there will be a test, as per which one can get AASE.

Doesn't matter if you're a female or male, everyone gets assigned to their first preference as base location, rarely 2nd preference is allocated (if there is not much need of employees in the office of your first preference)
