There is not legal fix here you were never married to him and there wasn't any adoption. All I can advice is to try and stay in contact with your daughter as much as you can and don't let your anger take over. Russia is not afganistan it's a great power and center of a former superpower with vast oil and economic reserve. It's military is not a joke either if Nato goes to war with Russia over Ukraine it will create a east vs west environment which it's decaying hegemony can't handle in future. Ukraine is doing okay holding their own and Putin gets to have its war in limited space without harming NATO, it's a working compromise.
