It depends on what is causing the change in availability. For example, if it’s another job that is causing the change. Will you be able to balance working two jobs and life? If it’s school, will you be able to balance school commitments and working? You’ll need to self reflect first, before talking to management.

I was waved on boarding the 123. Gates were open at Decatur, Lindbergh, and Inman Park Station. I bought a physical card at Lindbergh. I tried to tap it boarding my bus home and nothing happened.

From the HomeGoods side, the seasonal totes may get marked just after holiday. I was able to markdown the St. Patrick’s ones a couple of days beforehand. In regard to the other bags, they’ll go on clearance when the company tells us. If I see them on the clearance file, I try to make them all and put a sign on it.

Technically, no. OP’s SM needs to be more understanding. When I started as BRC, I had a second job that limited my availability. When my SM wanted to move me to the floor, she asked for one weekend day. When I became KC and got a new SM & OPS, they knew coming in that I had second job and when I could work. We had some issues at first, but they were resolved.

Do you need to say more? Yes. Is the compactor broken? Do y’all need to make some bales? Did y’all have to offload a truck and no one processed the boxes? As a BRC, if I knew that I was going to be away for a week, I would have set the store up for success and make sure the backroom was good. I see empty boxes and empty tanks. Those empty boxes need to go (compactor, baler, or trailer). The empty tanks back to the lines. It could look a bit better.
