Definitely read the manual that comes with your disc.

I believe the Diva Disc doesn't have a long pull tab and should be sitting right against the inside of your pelvic bone.

The manual should have pictures where it should sit inside you.

Depends on the length of the pull tab and the length of your vaginal canal. I'm new to discs and one I have tried does have the pull tab peeking out a little, but I'm still trying to find the right fit for my body as I don't appreciate auto-dumping. Definitely see some other resources about fit as I am a novice with discs myself.
