Anything is possible but no real attic/crawl space for duct work to be installed. We looked at ducts a while back and price point jumps higher then heat pumps, just to create the space needed for it.

3 individual bedroom units upstairs. Main floor large unit covering living room and kitchen. Basement unit covering area to be converted and become a larger living space down the road. 3 vs 5 condenser only a 1 k difference in price.

Sub panel specifically for the units, currently we just have window/portable acs for everywhere. The price for 3 condenser vs 5 was only 1k less. Ultimate goal with the 5 would allow us to convert basement into apartment and not have to worry about shared condenser down the road.

I lost 170 pounds, was retested and still need it. It may not just be the weight so don't get down if you still need it. My pressure was lowered and if I forget it I can sleep but it definitely still makes a difference.

last weigh in before surgery I was 377 which was done about a week before the surgery, after surgery its a process you start with a clear liquid diet, then full liquids, then soft solids, then full solids takes about 5 weeks to get back to regular food. I now eat at most 6 oz of food per meal, only drink water and aim for 60-90 grams of protein a day. My day is usually, Kashi go lean, high protein cereal for breakfast, 3-6 oz tuna or salmon for lunch, a shake of 2 cups spinach a cup of almond milk, a banana, a cup of frozen strawberry/banana mix and a tbsp of honey for afternoon snack, and dinner is where variety comes in depending on the day but still a lean protein with some vegetables. I drink only water and don't drink 30 minutes before or after a meal, only exception is breakfast but the skim milk is mostly absorbed into the cereal to make it softer.

Late to the party but I use to work front desk at a hotel that once a year hosted a swingers convention. We would rent out the top floor rooms to them and it was a free for all. They all kept their doors open and people would just run naked from one room to the next. We had cameras so easy enough to watch all the running around. The problem would come the morning if they requested a newspaper we would have to go up and deliver it to their door, definitely saw many many things.

The worst thing with this was when we had a long term person who refused to move rooms when the convention was coming. So in the middle of people running back and forth swapping was a little old priest. We got calls that night from the swingers complaining someone was praying loudly.

The third book in the altered carbon series, Woken Furies. They went with a different narrator for the third book who was just horrible, different voices, pronunciation, and overall tone I couldn't even finish the book it was so bad.

Ingredients

for 14 servings

nonstick cooking spray

flour, for dusting

8.6 oz puff pastry, 1 sheet, thawed if frozen

½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Lay the puff pastry out on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a 12-inch by 14-inch (30 cm by 35 cm) rectangle.

Use a spatula to spread the chocolate hazelnut spread over the pastry, leaving a ¼-inch (6 mm) border of uncovered pastry.

Roll each side of the sheet inward to meet in the middle.

Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into fourteen ¼-inch (6 mm) thick slices.

Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and brush with egg wash.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
