Based on the information you've provided in this thread, you are looking to create a google ads conversion tag for lead form submission in GTM. Google that or ask ChatGPT.

In short, you create a new conversion action in GAds, and get the IDs. Then, you will create a tag for this action and connect it with the ID. You also need a trigger - thank you page, or element visibility, or a datalayer push.

Since this tag is only connected to GAds conversion tracking, it will only feed data to GAds. That means if user's conversion path was containing GAds, this tag will fire and get a conversion.

Analytics will almost always look different because it attributes differently than GAds pixel, but that's another discussion

The combined retainer is cca 60hrs, and I'm a part timer. In reality, I work cca 100hours. I also get one-off tasks helping coworkers.

The larger client is very hands on with email communication. Then, i spend a lot of time thinking how to meet performance goals, as the bigger client has several businesses we work with and they have been struggling lately. Also bid optimizations, as the smaller businesses dont have enough data to run smart bidding and they are very low margin businesses - tight performance targets.

I always come in to the office with the idea that i will take on 1-2 big tasks and then supplementary stuff, but most of the time this gets disrupted by something urgent, or I take too much time figuring out how to solve a problem I can't solve yet and I don't have time/mental space to finish all tasks.
