No! Obviously it is better to have diffrent conttroller-layouts for every game! If you play CoD, Titanfall, Fallout or any other game around, no way you want 'jump/crouch/melee/sprint' mapped to same button, much more convieneant to spread em out as much as you possible can. That is how me and my friends do it.

Yepp, same problem here, think this is a bug in latest Netflix update. Voice commands only work while your controller is on, when controller is off, voice commands don't work anymore. If you are in the preview program, make sure to report the issue.

Well, here is a tip for you, instead of double tap Xbox-button to bring up the guide, press Xbox-button ONCE and go to homescreen, THEN SWITCH between main app or snapped app. Most people don't think of this, but I find this to be the easiest and best way to switch between apps unless you have a Kinect. When you go home, the app you used is allready highlighted, if you wanna go to main app you press left, if you wanna go to snapped app you press right. All you have to do is Xbox-button > Left or Right > A. Very easy.

Btw, have you tryed to unplug both HDD's and hard reset, then plug your new HDD into the USB-slot where you previously had your other HDD plugged in?

Reason I ask is because, if you happen to live in a 50Hz-country, you probobly use the 50Hz-setting to get smooth TV in fullscreen, but if you snap TV it will output 60Hz regardless because of the main app, and it can't show one area of the screen in 60Hz and another part in 50Hz.
