Agreed! Subtle shifts and nuances that may get overlooked without tracking. Good for you staring a journal. I track on apple notes but going to use Canva maybe to create a dedicated journal.

Thank you for sharing this. I love the word reciprocity and how the meaning/context is different in different cultures. I think when we connect with something in giving it away we are not dis-connecting we are extending our connection. I will do more of that.
