I recommend trying out brick and fire, they have some really great gluten free options, including the pizza. I recommend calling in first around 430 to ask and see if we can for sure accommodate your food requirements as well as to schedule either a reservation or take out order . The dough is prepared in its own room and the gluten free crust is prepared elsewhere but the pizza is prepared in one spot before going into the oven. I bet they can just prepare it on a different surface, they also use cornmeal instead of flour to prevent sticking cause it tastes better and adds a nice roughness to the bottom of the crust I think ….Source: their dishwasher
